Service

1. Customer Services

All the components of your watch have been manufactured using high-quality materials and subjected to rigorous testing at the STEFFEN factory. However, superior quality also needs maintenance. Treat your STEFFEN timepieces with care and attention, and you will be rewarded with precision timekeeping.

2. Maintenance

Mechanical watches suffer wear and tear over time because there is always a certain amount of abrasion within mechanical devices. But this can be easily rectified if you send your watch in for a thorough service every three to five years.

3. Repairs

When your watch has been damaged or is not working to its usual high standard, it’s time to have it serviced or repaired.

4. Worldwide Service

You can send your watch to our main office in Belgium or bring your STEFFEN watch to your STEFFEN retailer for repair or service.

5. Instructions for use

The instructions for use are communicated in the booklet given to you by your STEFFEN retailer when you purchased your STEFFEN timepiece.
